Thank you for your interest in my Personal Chef Service. I’m happy to answer any questions and help you plan great parties and memorable meals. Contact me any time.

My Personal Chef Service is available in your home or vacation rental for small or large groups. Service may be formal or informal. A backyard barbecue, an intimate dinner or a brunch for the family, the choice is yours. You can choose your own menu or we can work on one together. I can help you with all the arrangements for your event. For larger groups I can arrange for service staff, equipment, linens and fine china rentals.

I have had several years’ experience as a personal chef and caterer here in Hawaii and on the Mainland. I have also worked in Europe. We are so fortunate to have beautiful fresh Island produce and seafood here in Hawaii. I enjoy sharing our island bounty with you.

I am available for one or as many meals as you like for the time you are here. Just give me a list of dates and the time of day for each meal. I do require advance reservations. These dates must be confirmed by you and guaranteed to me with a deposit. I’ll need the menu for the first day in advance. After that you can choose as we go.

Personal Chef Service Rates
Chef Time $70.00 per Hour
Service and Bar Staff $40.00 per Hour
Shopping/Delivery $35.00 per Hour
To these rates we must add Hawaii State Sales Tax of 4.166%
and a service charge of 18%.

I also have weekly and monthly rates. They vary seasonally and depend on the location. Let me know when and where you will be staying. I bill you for the actual cost of the food and beverages that I buy on your behalf. I provide the grocery receipts for your review. I charge you by the hour for time spent shopping for you.
